Sundog performed a thorough audit of the company’s network and security infrastructure, reviewing business practices, security policies, software, network hardware, server hardware, and critical software. They then delivered a detailed action plan based on their findings.

At the conclusion of the onboarding project, a handoff meeting was held with managers from Sundog and Chicago Rockford International Airport to review completed tasks and upcoming projects. During this meeting, responsibility for future ticket requests was transitioned from the Project Manager to Sundog’s service team. Additionally, a Technical Advisor from Sundog was assigned to oversee events at Chicago Rockford International Airport and provide monthly reports. A 3-year roadmap was presented during this hand-off meeting with plans to bring the Greater Rockford Airport up to standard with upgrades in all infrastructure.
