At the conclusion of the onboarding project, a handoff meeting was held with managers from Sundog and Sewer Equipment to review completed tasks and upcoming projects, including server deployment, switch replacements, and ERP rollouts. During this meeting, responsibility for future ticket requests was transitioned from the Project Manager to Sundog’s service team. Additionally, a Technical Advisor from Sundog was assigned to oversee events at Sewer Equipment and will provide monthly reports to the VP of Finance.
