At the conclusion of the onboarding project, a handoff meeting was held with managers from Sundog and WMPJ to review completed tasks and upcoming projects.  During this meeting, responsibility for future ticket requests was transitioned from the Project Manager to Sundog’s service team. Additionally, a Technical Advisor from Sundog was assigned to oversee events at WMPJ and will provide monthly reports.
